Spare Space Storage was founded on honor, remembrance, and the notion that what goes around, comes around. We are thankful to all of our tenants that support our dreams, goals, and livelihood. With gratitude in our hearts, we know that giving back is a great way to show our thankfulness. Therefore, Spare Space is dedicated to giving a portion of every rental back to charity. We have partnered with the charities listed below to help in our nation, states, and communities. All tenants are able to select a charity below they would like us to donate to monthly.

We hope by giving back, we will be able to be active participants in changing lives and supporting families. We thank all of our tenants for choosing us as their storage provider and our partner charities for providing such incredible services to those in need.

MAINTENANCE TEAM

Spare Space Maintenance acts as our internal provider for all maintenance needs. They landscape, plow snow, repair damages, provide preventative services and pest control, and keep every facility running smoothly.

Our teams not only provide a wide array of maintenance needs, they also take care of some facility management needs at our Virtually run locations. This could include preparing units for auctions, making units move in ready, cleaning the grounds and cutting locks whether for auctions or for tenants who have lost their keys.

The Spare Space Maintenance teams are skilled, knowledgeable, and friendly. We are confident they will make the storage process seamless and clean!

Virtual Storage Manager

At Spare Space Storage, we know how important it is to be able to get in touch with your storage provider. We also know that our managers do all they can to answer your questions, but sometimes they step out of the office to show a unit or are already on the phone with another customer and cannot connect with you right away.

To solve this issue, the Virtual Storage department was created. Our virtual team can perform each digital function that your property manager would normally carry out, but they can do it remotely. For example, they can perform move ins, take payments, and answer questions you may have.

We have provided this service to all of our tenants to ensure their needs are taken care of during our business hours. We know this enhances the storage experience Spare Space provides and helps our tenants to know we always have their back.
